Welcome to our modern coastal duplex home!

Excellent location, situated only 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach and 20 minutes to Tampa airport.

Enjoy our freshly renovated 2 bed / 2 bath duplex home that is perfect for a Florida getaway. Enjoy a day at the beach, on the go, or simply make yourself at home with beautiful swimming pool, HD TV with Netflix your own account available!

The home sleeps up to 5 with a pillow top king bed, memory foam queen bed, and one memory foam twin bed.

Centered in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
The space could be described as clean, modern, coastal decor, and approximately 950 Sq. Ft in size. I speak Polish, and German to help my guests.
