It was really clean and had lots of amenities. Large enough space for a family of 4\. Great location between Tampa and Clearwater beach side. The hosts were awesome! Fabulous communication throughout and gave great food recommendations. The pool was perfect - nicely heated and never to busy. The pull out is not comfortable at all. And there is no hot tub, but an awesome heated pool. Disappointed the clubhouse closed at 3 every day as we wanted to go in there in the evenings to play games.
