The layout includes a convenient half bath on the first floor and two full baths upstairs, accommodating both bedrooms—the master featuring a Queen bed and the second bedroom a cozy queen, ensuring restful nights.  
  
Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 79-inch TV in the living room, a dedicated work area equipped with Apple Home, and YouTube TV in the master bedroom, with both televisions being smart enabled for streaming ease. The entire home is unified with stylish vinyl flooring, adding to the modern aesthetic.  
  
Dine comfortably at the four-person table or relax on the generous U-shaped couch. For outdoor enthusiasts, an external storage space houses two beach chairs for your sun-soaked adventures.   
  
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Please let us know as early as possible if you are interested. If approved, early check-in is $20 per hour and late check-out is $25 per hour, subject to availability.

#### Great location and updated interior.

The location is perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants but set back in a park setting. Nature area and great walking trails and peacocks roamed the neighborhood next door. Troy was an excellent host and even added YouTube tv for us so we could watch the NCAA basketball tournament. Updated interior with nice furniture and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend!

#### Good Location

The unit is clean and just remodeled. It suit our needs for our stay in Clearwater. However, when you pull up to the unit the neighborhood looks a little rough and this is not something we would ever consider purchasing for ourselves. It meet our needs and I am sure that for a short stay others will find the location as good as we did.
