Parking was easy and walking distance to many restaurants. Bed was comfy and kitchen well stocked. The gulf can be viewed from the deck, but it is the end unit closest to the road. It made it nice that most of the shops and restaurants we frequent are within walking distance. The host and neighbors were all friendly and Lisa answered any questions we had very quickly. Séjour de 11 nuits en février 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Robin L. 4 févr. 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### St. Pete Beach condo This could be an excellent property, furnished nicely but needs a complete overhaul with deep cleaning, paint, etc. Bedroom needs new mattress( terribly worn) and bathroom light fixture broken. All kitchen supplies had to be washed and cabinets were dirty inside. Cleaning tools were so dirty that you couldn’t use them. ##### Robin L. They even had beach toys for children in the same closet. Lisa responded immediately any time I called with a question. I would go back to this condo again. ##### Steve M.
