WiFi, well- stocked kitchen, comfy bed and a desk to work, if needed. The property manager was super responsive to any and all questions. We stayed in 15 so it was not directly on the beach, but just a 30 second walk around the building and voila! There is a closet full of beach stuff (albeit in desperate need of a clean out!) so no need to worry about chairs, umbrellas or floaties. It also had a dedicated parking spot which was super handy. Ideally, the washer and dryer wouldn’t be shared so if that bothers you, pack enough for the entire stay. My only other suggestion would be to leave the standard seasonings and cooking stuff (besides salt n pepper). This is handy when you’re cooking in the condo and not having to buy all of it new. Would definitely stay here again. It’s convenient to pretty much everything! ##### Jeanine E.
