I contacted the host, who gave me another code, but that one also failed. We ended up using the front door key to gain access the rest of our stay. By Saturday around noon, the A/C stopped cooling. It eventually started working again around 5 p.m., but on Sunday it completely stopped working. It was a very difficult time. However, our stay was amazing. The host is very tentative. If you have any questions, they will respond to you immediately. The house was as described and very cozy. Our toddler was able to run around in a big yard. She thought we were just on a regular vacation. We needed some type of normalcy for our situation so this state was perfect. Gave us a sense of Home away from Hone.. Thank you so much for all your hospitality during a challenging time in our lives. We are so grateful. Wil definitely book again.
