Quaint and cozy, recently renovated, and centrally located 2 bedroom apartment in a duplex building. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business traveler, or a place to call home for a few months. Private fenced yard and entrance. Start your day with your favorite choice from the assortment of free coffee. Whip up your favorites in the fully stocked kitchen. Log in to your favorite streaming service on the Roku TV. 2 comfortable queen beds with thermostat in each room to be adjusted to your liking. Queen 12" air mattress in closet for larger groups. Fold out desk in living room with fast WIFI if you're working from home. Forget something? Complimentary toothbrushes/toothpaste and razors are provided- just in case. Want some nature in your life? Check out Joes Creek Greenway Park 0.5 miles away, or if the kids want to play, head to the jungle gym at Gladden Park. 10m minutes to downtown and Tropicana Field. 20 minutes to beaches. Grocery store (Publix) 4 minutes away. Other details to note: ^No laundry on site. There are laundromats nearby if needed. ^Please do not take food storage containers, bag clips, makeup remover rags, or anything else from the property. ^Guest Number: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction. ^Pets: If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $150 pet fee, per pet. No cats. Max 2 pets only if under 30lbs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules in the House Rules section. There is a dog bed on the closet shelf in the bedroom closest to front of house. ^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $35. ^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, along with extra toothbrushes and razors in case you forget them! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products. House Rules: \-No smoking in or near the house ($500 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt found laying on the ground. No illegal substances. \-No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine) \-Keep all doors locked at all times \-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay \-Security cameras, including doorbell camera, are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions. Pet Rules: \-Pet fee, per pet ($150) No cats allowed. If large dog, only one allowed. If under 30 lbs, 2 max. No aggressive or guard dog breeds. If you instant book and do not meet this criteria, you will be required to cancel the booking from (your) guest end and will receive a full refund (if done at the time of booking). If you do not provide this information when asked, and it comes out later, your reservation will be cancelled and refunds will only be granted in accordance with the cancellation policy of your booking. No exceptions. \-Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time \-Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises.
