Welcome to our beautiful beach house! This is a newly renovated, two-suite duplex house on stilts. There is one apartment in the front and one in the back of the property, each with a wrap-around deck so you may enjoy the sea breeze. The location is right across the street from the beach and beach access. We are right next to four restaurants: TJ's Italian Cafe, Keegans Seafood Grill, Chicago Jaqx Pizzeria, and Guppy's. We are directly across the street from tennis /pickleball courts and a park with children's playground. Many shops are nearby, ranging from boutiques to bait shops. Bicycle rental shop is within walking distance. Hairdresser and masseuse are also close by. Our ideal location allows quick and easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, shops, tennis / pickleball courts, and fishing spots! We take pride in having immaculate apartments that are exquisitely clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, have plenty of covered parking and a large wrap-around deck to relax on. Life's a beach when you stay with us! The apartment suite has two bedrooms with queen size beds, plus one bathroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area with seating for six, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and all the utensils you will need for cooking. Outside, there is a wraparound walkway with a large deck for each apartment. There is plenty of covered parking under the building. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room downstairs. Beach boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach chairs are available for use. We supply a set of beach towels. We also have a few beach toys for small children and one Pack n' Play for those travelling with infants (on-request). ABOUT THE AREA (INDIAN ROCKS BEACH - BELLEAIR BEACH - CLEARWATER BEACH) You'll probably want a rental car, so you can access the many points of interest nearby - Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Anna Maria Island, Honeymoon Island, or go grocery shopping in nearby Largo or Belleair Bluffs, (5 minutes drive). There is the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, half an hour away, if you have a rainy day, or check out the Aquarium in Clearwater, where the famous dolphin Winter lives, who was made famous in the movie and sequel Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale Two. Book boat trips, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and sunset cruises in Clearwater Beach, Pier 60; 10 minutes drive. Just a little further is Tampa - 30 minutes drive, Busch Gardens - 40 - 45 minutes, Disney, Universal, and Sea World - 1.5 hours. There is excellent golfing at the Belleview Biltmore, just a couple of miles away on the mainland, as well as at many other golf courses in the area. We are located on a barrier island, which is narrow, but very long. There are public trolleys which run up and down the main road which cost $2.00 per ride or unlimited daily riding for $4.50 per person. On one side is the intercoastal waterway and on the other side is the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful beaches, palm trees, exotic birds. and stunning sunsets. The island has bridges to the mainland close by. We also have sea turtles nesting on our beach. The beach is great for swimming, kayaking, and wildlife watching. You can see a variety of birds - pelicans, seagulls, herons, and egrets. If you keep an eye out on the ocean, you can see the dolphins swim by in groups of two to five. A car is recommended but not required. Beach trolley buses run about every 30 minutes and you can go from Clearwater Beach to the north all the way to Pass-a-Grille in the south, and back. Parking was ample and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was walking distance to great restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Beach was super close, too. The deck was nice and spacious. We never used the laundry room but took a peak and it was well stocked with beach toys and rafts. If you choose this location be sure to bring a USB adapter because unlike hotels there are none. The check in process was easy and my family had a great time. Thank you! ##### Melissa A. Vadim has done a great job setting the place up. It's clean, well appointed, and designed for long beach days (hosing off sandy feet, doing wet/laundry, etc.). Location is epic: 16th Street entry to Indian Rocks Beach is a stone's throw away, totally walkable, and right next to Guppy's (get the fish tacos for lunch). If you have small kids, like we do, the park across the street is handy, CVS is right down the street (perfect for re-stock of sunscreen & bandaids). And be sure to get some ice cream at the Kooky Co-Conut, further up the road. The drive to Clearwater is short & easy, which was great for us. Our kids attended day camp at the aquarium every morning. So we were really thrilled w/the location. Thanks again Vadim! We plan to return in 2020! ##### Aimee A. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels for the beach. Only one short block, 3 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided. The owner, Vadim, checked in with us to verify everything was ok shortly after our arrival. We liked it so much we have booked it for next year. ##### linda w. Owners have gone the extra mile to make this a beautiful and relaxing home away from home. We had difficulty with the wifi the day we arrived and our last two days. Not sure if it was weather related. Beach access is perfect...so close. Our adult family of 4 had all the room we needed to spread out or come close whenever we wanted. One bathroom was sometimes an issue but that was no surprise. It was a wonderful week!!!! ##### Patrice L. Would be great for a family with the nearby park, tennis courts , bball and playground. We found it had everything we needed. Very adequate covered parking.
