Excellent service and a very nice hotel. As of June 2025 they are still recovering from the October 2024 hurricane. The first floor restaurant is still closed and probably will be for a while. But all the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are fine. The top floor viewing, happy hour, and hangout area is also fine. We were on the 3rd floor in the front with a balcony over 8th avenue, very nice. While not a bed & breakfast, it reminds me of one due to being small, serving breakfast, and being full service. We highly recommend BBC. I've stayed at PAG for 5 years and this is by far the best location! Breakfast goes above and beyond bagels and fruit. Wayne is the amazing chef and due to rain on the rooftop, it was delivered to my room. PAG stays have notoriously small bathrooms, not the Berkeley, it was double the size. Location is great, 1 block from Paradise Grille and same street as Brass Monkey.
