The Location: You’ll be a trolly ride away from a multitude of entertainment options such as world class dining, endless activities, and unique experiences. Some of the highlights include: \- Indoor or outdoor waterfront dining at Sand Key’s Columbia Restaurant, part of Florida's oldest continuously operated restaurant. Less than 1.5 miles away. \- Over 45 different commercial charters, cruises, rentals and sightseeing tours operating out of Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina. Less than 4 miles away. \- World famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium offering fascinating exhibits, unique up-close animal experiences, and unforgettable tours. Less than 4.5 miles away. The Complex: Back at the complex you’ll feel like you are on your own secluded beach with miles of white sand and emerald waters to explore. The beachfront boardwalk will connect you to the heated pool, sundeck, and grilling areas. There are picnic tables available by the pool and in the courtyard. A convenient poolside clubhouse and exercise/activity room round out the MontMartre amenities. You’ll have access to a private ground level storage room with many beach items included: umbrellas, chairs, tents, cart, etc… There is one assigned covered parking spot under the building as well as plenty of guest parking in the front. The Condo: The condo completed a comprehensive update in 2022 and is a top floor 1 bedroom/1 bath end unit. It is conveniently located steps away from the elevator and stairs. You’ll be greeted by a spacious front porch with rocker chairs and views of the beach – perfect for early morning coffee! Once inside, the kitchen offers new cabinetry and modern appliances (fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher). We’ve also included a rice cooker, pressure cooker, coffee makers, toaster and an assortment of pots, pans, silverware, dishware, etc… The expansive living room has a convertible couch-bed that sleeps two, large wall mounted smart TV, two chairs for the breakfast bar as well as a dining table with sitting for four. From the living room you’ll find a full washer and dryer to take care of laundry needs. The large bathroom offers two separate vanities and walk-in shower. The sizable bedroom has a king bed and dresser with plenty of storage space. There is also a wall mounted fold-out workspace with stool. Additionally, a walk-in closet with new closet system provides additional storing area and full body mirror. Through a set of new sliding glass doors the condo has a balcony with a table for four to enjoy the views of the gulf to one side and the intercostal to the other. An electric grill is included in this space. For your peace of mind, this condo has professionally monitored smoke/CO2/flood sensors. You can optionally have access to control the professionally monitored security system. This is our second year staying at this beautiful condo! We stayed for a month and it was hard to leave. The condo was immaculate, with all appliances and conveniences. The weather was great and it was perfect having the beach at our doorstep. We spent lots of time on the patio, and watched the sunrise and sunset daily. It was even better than described. It is very clean, and was recently renovated. Although we didn’t meet Ana and Alen during our stay, Ana was very quick to reply to our questions, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We used the balcony often, and went down to the beautiful beach daily when weather permitted. We were able to watch both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony! The unit was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. It was the perfect size for the two of us with some occasional overnight guests. There was some construction going on at the complex that was beyond the owner’s control during our stay which we were able to resolve with the owner. Ana went above and beyond to assist with some of our personal requests. Ana is a pro who really knows how to treat her guests. ##### David W. She stayed for six weeks and I stayed with her for three weeks. The host, condo and location exceeded any expectation I had. The host was amazing and responded to each and every question I had in a very timely manner. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures online and was very well appointed. The host thought of absolutely everything you would need from extra batteries to tape, etc. You can’t beat this location, too. It’s very close to Clearwater Beach and Largo, and about a 35 minute drive to the Tampa Airport. The condo complex is right on the beach and frequent walks are a must! There’s also a workout room right in the complex which was an added perk. This condo was incredible and Ana is the best. I would absolutely stay here again. ##### Denise L. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos and extremely clean. It’s nicely decorated and so comfortable.
