We were 3 adults and one child. The condo had everything we needed - and more! There was the pool for our grandson, two full size beds, one each for our grandson and daughter, a king size for us "seniors," two separate bathrooms with plenty of privacy, a large, well appointed living room and dining room, a cozy dining area out on the lanai. We made good use of the up-to-date washer and drier, dishwasher, large screen TV, and keurig. Communication with the hosts was excellent and responsive. There was a small leak in a shower head; when we emailed them about it, a repairman was there to replace the shower head in less than a day. our grandson made good use of the beach items available. Overall, a very positive experience for our multigenerational family. ##### Michael K. This was a very clean and enjoyable condo. They provided many necessities and were receptive to my inquiries. It is a gated community and attractive grounds. Our hosts were awesome. We got in extremely late and there was a bit of confusion about the security gate and code but our host was available to take the call at 3am to help us out. The condo was clean, well decorated/furnished and smelled great. The beds were also comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors but nothing too disturbing. I’ve never stayed at a place that was better stocked with supplies and dishes. It was very comfortable. We felt safe and secured. Additionally, I found a local coffee shop just down the street that offered amazing coffee and food. The location was good as we were only minutes from the beach, food and shopping . I would definitely recommend if you plan to stay in Clearwater. ##### Donya H.
