Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable for a family of 5\. Appreciated the extras like beach chairs and skim boards etc. Our only disappointment was the hot tub was not functioning and the shower for rinsing off coming in from the beach was not working. Despite contacting Vacasa twice and mentioning this nothing was done. We would really have enjoyed a warm dip in an hot tub because the weather in January was chilly. There was no BBQ on site ans listed. Other than that we certainly enjoyed a comfortable stay in this condo and the large screened balcony with views of the gulf was wonderful. ##### Deborah B.
