The unit was wonderful: spacious, clean, functional with lots of amenities. The condo building right on a terrific--and quiet--beach, affording us wonderful walks and occasional "beach days" (it was mostly cool). The building is also a short walk to great shops located in a strip mall. On our vacation, we also discovered and visited municipal and county parks, and spent time at the Clearwater Public library and downtown. And fantastic restaurants were nearby. The owner, Vitaly, was available virtually immediately on the few occasions we needed help or advice. The unit had just about all that we needed, and its location, on a wonderful beach, a short walk away from an amazing array of stores and restaurants, and right on the trolley line to get to Clearwater Beach (or north or south along the coast) was superb.
