I also appreciated being across the street from a spot that had good food, as we ventured there twice during our stay. I was also very impressed with Leanna‘s communication , as whenever I had a question she responded within minutes. It was just perfect. I would say five stars plus. Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean and bright it is. When they said 100 steps from the beach, that was no exaggeration. It was a small complex with maybe 8 units. Her unit is up just one flight of stairs. They have set it up perfectly, the kitchen seemed brand new with everything we needed to cook there. Liana quickly responded to my few questions and the month could not have gone better. We were familiar with the beach which is clean and beautiful. This condo is in a perfect spot as far as offering a quick walk to a handful of great restaurants. We will definitely book with Liana again if we plan another IRB vacation. ##### Colleen E. Listing totally lived up to our expectations from property listing and photos. Liana was available to communicate with throughout the week and gave us some great recommendations for things to do around the area. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for ourselves and our two young children. It’s such a great location and is truly only 100 steps from one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. The property is very clean with a great layout. There are views of the gulf in certain spots. This unit is very well equipped for dining and food preparation and the washer and dryer is also appreciated. Of course the main feature is that the beach is only a very short walk away- like being in your back yard. Truly five star. ##### William F. So close to the beach! It was so easy to take your things to. The beach and run back to the rooms if you needed something. You can’t see the beach from the balcony. The chairs and cooler provided were a great addition. So this was the perfect place for my family to stay for the week. It was neat, clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities and furnishings we needed. The hosts were very hospitable and made us feel welcome. They even checked in with us a few times during the week to see if there was anything we needed. It was beautiful. The reclining leather sofas were a pleasure to rest in. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep every night. The condo was literally 100 steps to the beach which was gorgeous! The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances stove microwave and modern refrigerator. The HVAC system kept us very comfortable. The best part of our stay was dining on the deck! We had our breakfast and coffee on the deck every day and cocktails every evening to watch the sunset. The condo was close to several restaurants which we enjoyed each evening. We had an amazing experience and will certainly be back to visit as soon as we can. ##### william c.
