Walls need fresh paint. Curtains are only one panel - not wide enough to cover the window (and all windows are ground floor where passersby can see in. Curtains in living area actually look like shower curtain panels. No curtain at all on kitchen window - we hung beach towels all around so people couldn’t see in at night. No wall decor - just holes where it used to be. Water pressure at bathroom sink was very low. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had with another adult, let alone a host. Very disappointed in this stay. The location was great but the man was violently rude over the phone and made me feel creeped out. I suggest you stay somewhere else if you want hospitality on your vacation. ##### Ciara C. All we needed to worry about was getting some snack food and what we wanted to drink. The location is right across from tennis/ pickleball courts, basketball courts, play ground, and skate park. City Hall is right there, the library, and an Art Center. You can walk to a couple of restaurants, a strip mall and to the beach. You have a lot of things you can do because of where the house is located. The house was very clean, there were towels, blankets, pillows, and throw blankets. We brought our dog and cat and they didn’t have any problems enjoyed the neighborhood as well. The floors and baseboards are very clean as well as the rest of the house. Our regular annual IRB rental unavailable due to storm damage. Mark’s place was a lucky find. Excellent proximity to the beach - including the pedestrian crosswalk - as well as restaurants. The house was freshly renovated and spotless. A great place for a couple plus one! ##### Carol H. However, the outdoor chairs need cleaning (we did this ourselves), and there are only three chairs available. For a beach house, we missed having beach chairs; there was only one available, but it would be nice to have at least four for a family rental.Communication with the host was a bit challenging. We received the door code only two hours before our arrival, and that was only because we asked for it. Additionally, the Wi-Fi code we were given was incorrect, and it took hours to get a response when we inquired about it.Overall, we had a nice time! ##### Raphael M. No dressers in the bedrooms. I don’t think you could fit one in them anyway. We lived out of our suitcases for the week. And no central AC. And no outlet in the bathroom.
