The location was perfect. I would have given it a 5 Star rating but we had an issue with the TV that never was resolved. There was no remote for the TV and my husband contacted the property managers over a 2 day period where they promised to get him a remote that was already programmed, setup and ready to use. The remote did not arrive until late on the 3rd day and it was not programmed as promised. He tried to use it and it required his email address and credit card which he did not provide. He was extremely frustrated with the situation and didn't bother calling the management company. He wanted to watch a couple of the Football Bowl games and could not do it. I suggest they have a backup in place or do a better job of ensuring the tools necessary to satisfy the listing are available. ##### Memrie K. The room was clean and decorated very nicely. The only trouble we had was the shower head broke on the first shower. I called maintenance and they arrive the next morning to repair. This was our first time to Treasure Island. I would go the short distance further to Clearwater next time where the beach was much nicer and the water is clearer. ##### Melissa R.
