This tastefully decorated beachfront awaits you and your family and it is just steps away from the beach. As you plan your day, start with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, be on the look-out for a dolphin or two. Ready for the beach? You're just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand and uncrowded beach. Did you say "Beach gear and toys for the little ones?" We even have that covered for you! If you're looking for activities for all ages, there are a variety to choose from in the area. And don't forget the amazing sunsets to be enjoyed in the evenings, right from your balcony! They paint a beautiful picture for you to admire, as you spend time reflecting on the day. OVERVIEW This centrally located vacation rental makes it an ideal location for a family beach getaway. There are numerous types of dining/restaurants for you to choose from and many that are within walking distance. We are just minutes from Kooky Coconut, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Pier 60 Park & Playground, Sand Key Park, Beach Art Center, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and much, much more! THE LIVING SPACE Our spacious 1150sf - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor unit sleeps 5 comfortably. You will find every room filled with the little details that make you feel right at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. A Pack n Play is also available, if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a view of the beach. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your private balcony, which is accessible from the living room. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. We really have tried to think of everything so that you don't have to. We want this to feel like home so that you can step away from the busyness of life and just relax. GUEST ACCESS There is a storage unit that holds beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for you and your family. Beach towels are available in the unit. Wireless internet provided. There is also a smart TV which gives you access to your Netflix, Youtube and other online accounts. This is very useful on those not so sunny days at the beach. Propane BBQ grill available on the patio. There are 2 open-garage parking spaces on site with this unit. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS You will find a manual on the kitchen island that includes instructions for the unit, where items are located, restaurants, attractions, internet password and other information you will need. Our community has three units. If you see a neighbor, say "Hello" and please remember, you will be vacationing in a residential area. Be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. It had everything we needed or wanted. It's right on the beach so the view and access are perfect. I could sit on the balcony with my coffee and watch the waves. The unit was very clean. We did find some jagged burrs stuck to the carpet that come in from the beach. My family visited in the evenings and there was plenty of space. We had an amazing time staying at this property. It’s very conveniently located with plenty of food choices and things to do! The condo was very clean and came with basic things to get you through the first few days. The walls are a little thin so you’re able to hear the people above you. This place is in a prime spot! We rented a golf cart but didn’t need it. 10 min away for lots of restaurants and shops. Super clean, good parking( it’s a big deal) great view and steps from the beach. No bad days in IRB!!!! ##### John W. The unit was actually much nicer than the photos and was very clean and roomy. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and gadgets one might need. One thing to note is that the coffee maker is a traditional coffee pot and not a Keurig. The queen bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and there were plenty of beach towels. The storage area had everything we needed including chairs, an umbrella, and noodles for floating in the gulf. I needed to communicate with Kelley about an issue and she was very kind and responsive. The location in IRB was ideal being away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches yet only a few miles from grocery stores, etc. We loved walking just a few steps to the Kooky Coconut which served the best ice cream we've ever had. There were 2 minor issues that were unavoidable but important to be aware of. The first is that the parking is challenging. Being under the building, there is not much room to navigate pulling in and out of the spaces. We had a mid-size SUV and it was a tight fit. Secondly, there was a lot of footstep noise from the floor above. We didn't spend a ton of time inside the unit for it to really bother us but we did notice it when we were there. Perhaps it was just a particularly rambunctious group. Overall, this is a great property and we would stay here again...5 stars!! ##### Bari H. This property was exactly what I was looking for. Within steps of the beach. Simplistic, and a beautiful beach view. Communication with host was easy but was seldom needed as property and arrival details were well described. Forgot something on the beach?? 50 steps and your back inside and back to enjoying what you came for. Convenient dinning options all around. Thanks for sharing this wonderful property.
