Fully equipped (Updated 2022) kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for dining at home. Three bedroom and two full bath. The main bedroom and living room with adjoining patio. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodation includes a King bed in main bedroom and a king bed in the 2nd bedroom! It has a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Upgraded bathrooms with separate shower in main bathroom. 209 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. The Beach Palms Resort amenities include Front desk NEXT DOOR for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grills, free assigned parking under building (ONE space only), TWO elevator systems, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels. Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). Only One Parking Space Allowed and the Parking is in the Garage. 209 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental, Saturday Only Arrival and Departure, 14-NIght Minimum Stay, No Pets! No trailers, RVs or boats. Location was the best! Fabulous beach! Pool was wonderful! We, (5 of us ladies) arrived very, very late due to our flight being delayed. Per late instructions from the management, we picked up our keys from a lock box next door at the Sand Dollar complex. No problems there. First impression of the unit was Wow! After deciding who gets what room we collapsed into a very comfortable bed. The next morning we checked out the kitchen to see what we needed for groceries. A bit disappointed that there was not even any salt and pepper let alone any condiments. But maybe because of Covid they remove all of what the previous tenets leave. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 bars of soap in each bathroom. It would have been nice if they had turned the refrigerator on so we could have ice. And also, most of the lamps had been unplugged too. We also found the ceiling fans difficult to use as the dimmer switches seem to be a bit worn. Also had issues all week with the TVs not working. Management came over to help with the fans, which he got to work, and we told him about the cable not working, which was working the first day although the remotes in the bedrooms also needed new batteries. He rebooted the cable, but again it failed. So we didn’t watch much tv. Another issue was the door lock. Told the handyman about that too and he said it’s because the keys are bent. These may seem like a lot of complaints, but they were minor. The overall experience was fabulous! You are going to love the location! Being a corner unit gave you a bigger view of the pool area and the beach and the most spectacular sunsets every night! The large, 2 headed showers were so nice! Washer and dryer were good to have right there. The couches and chairs were comfy to sit on, although we spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was nice to have a private garage to park our car, and there were beach chairs and umbrellas and noodles to use on the beach. It was nice to have a binder with menus from various restaurants in the area. We tried several while we were there. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. ##### Peggy M. Condo is spacious and we'll maintained. Garage has lots of beach chairs and toys. Absolutely loved Indian Shores and we will return soon!
