Surf Song #346 - Beautiful and completely updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in popular Surf Song Resort is ready for you to start making vacation memories! This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. At 660 square feet, with tropical decor, this upgraded home starts in the living room which has very nice leather furniture and television. From here, step out into the private balcony which offers wonderful ocean views. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing beautiful Florida sunsets. Free Wifi

The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Wonderful location

The property was steps to the beach with a pool that looked out to the gulf. You could walk just a few blocks to the boardwalk and other restaurants and shops. Clear view of the water from our balcony. Clean and very nice guests, many who have been coming there for years. Clean, comfortable room. My only complaint was our bed was very soft, which some people might like,but we prefer a firm mattress.

All good EXCEPT! In this time of the corona virus it should be of paramount importance to CHANGE the A/C FILTER in the unit! When we arrived I was checking for closet space and found that the filter was FILTHY DIRTY. Had not been changed in a long while. Also there were ZERO clothes hangars! Most everything else was overall acceptable or great! Average 4 STARS!

Perfect condo in a great location!

This condo was perfect from the room and amenities to the resort grounds and direct oceanfront location and its proximity to the local attractions. The condo was extremely clean with ample kitchen amenities and towels and linens. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The layout of the condo was as described. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony and livingroom sofa were the best front row seats to view the exceptional sunset every evening. We did not require any maintenance service through the week but based upon the ease upon check-in and friendliness of the office staff, I’m sure we would have zero complaints. Location of this resort to the oceanfront beach was exceptional. Covered Private parking space was a definite plus. We did not need to leave the resort to reach local restaurants, shops and attractions because the resort is right across the street from John’s Pass. We also chose to walk along the beach to reach the boardwalk. What convenience! This is now one of our favorite places to stay and will definitely be back, specifically choosing Surf Song 346. Kudos to the owners and the resort management and staff. You’ve just acquired a loyal vacationer!

Great getaway

Very impressed with location, right across from John's Pass and right to the beach out the back door. Unit was nice and clean , had a couple minor things that needed attention but would def stay here again. Only downside is we had to leave our dog with family cause pets arent allowed. Overall great place to stay.

Loved the location!

The location for this is perfect! Just across from John’s Pass, it was easy to walk to places to eat and shop. We were disappointed that the condo did not come with any beach equipment and very few kitchen accessories. Everything was very clean in the condo except for the carpet, which could use a deep cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

November Beach Getaway

This condo is in a great area! Just about anything you need is within walking distance. The building is quiet and the other guests/residents are super friendly. The bbq grills are a nice added bonus. Loved watching the dolphins in the Gulf.
