Great location and well stocked with all the essentials. The living room couch is super uncomfortable though. It creaks and sinks when you sit down and had no support. The kitchen cabinets had veneer falling off that was tacked on with thumb tacks and there was obvious water damage to the master bedroom vanity. In addition, the A/C was not operable. I missed dinner plans because I had to wait for the property manager to contact an HVAC company to come and fix the AC. The A/C was never fixed.
