Had one little hiccup which was immediately resolved. There was no hot tub as specified in the listing and it took a while to find the second bath, which was in the garage. We cooked breakfast everyday, packed a lunch picnic and ate out for dinners. Internet worked great. Very convenient to have the laundry on property. The best part was the location. Super close to coffee shop, Publix, Walgreens, etc. and quick 5 min drive to Indian Rocks Beach. Also, conveniently located for checking out other beaches in the area.
