Plenty big for my family trip, including me and my spouse, our three kids and their grandparents. The home was very lovely, all brand new, and with every amenity you could hope for (except maybe a beach umbrella). It's about a block and a half to a very lovely, expansive beach. You do have to cross a very busy street to get there, but there are LOADS of safe, crosswalk, places to get to the beach. The only thing you really need to bring is your own toiletries! The home is amazing, open and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are big and each has its own very nice bathroom. The kitchen is open, beautiful and fully stocked. with very nice dishes, pots, pans, etc... There is a new beach caddy with several nice beach chairs and a few items the kids enjoyed at the beach.
