One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. The condo was upgraded and decorated very well. The furniture was high quality and very clean. The kitchen was stocked better than most with plenty of trash bags, condiments, utensils and cookware. Coffee maker had filter and even some coffee provided for us. Plenty of beach towels and chairs and even an umbrella. The building has just been renovated and felt very high-end compared to other 50 year old cars ndo buildings nearby. AC worked amazingly well, floor plan feels spacious accommodate 6 people very well with lots of space in the bedrooms and closets. Tanya was a wonderful host and communicated with us quickly on everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation!

This condo was fabulous! Very clean, so many amenities and the most perfect view. Pictures are exactly what you get. Very impressed with all the extras including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, endless beach supplies, small library of books and drawer of cards and games. We had such a great stay. Hope to be back soon.

Great stay

We’ve stayed in Tonya’s properties before and have had excellent experiences all around. This condo is well stocked, very clean, and comfortably decorated. The building is great, the view from the balcony is great, the beach is great … it’s just everything you want in a vacation rental. We will definitely visit again.

This property was just as advertised - a very clean, modern condo right on the beach. Amenities were excellent and while it seemed like there were very few resturants, if you ask around several excellent ones do exist - Salt Rock, Cottonwoods, Benedicts for breakfast, and LuLu's for Ice Cream.

A Wonderful Christmas

I brought my daughter and her family here for Christmas. The condo is beautiful and more than we expected! The beds are so comfortable. We were close to restaurants, various activities and, of course, shopping! I will be back!!

Beautiful view in a beautiful condo!

From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The view from this condo is just breathtaking— we were lucky enough to see dolphins almost each morning! The condo was stocked with plenty of everything you could need for cooking and a wonderful day on the beach. We look forward to coming again in the future!

Home away from home

Always a joy returning to Seagate 502. The beautiful well stocked unit provides a perfect backdrop for the beautiful ocean views. Host is always easy to work with and responsive. We keep returning here for our family vacation because it’s hard to beat!

Beautiful Memories

8 adults (4 generations) and an 11 week old baby got to vacation for a week in this beautiful highly accomadating and recommended beach home. We were blown away by the amount of care and thoughtfulness, the amount of extra amenities and heartfelt TLC the hosts put forth for their renters. We've rented many vacation homes in the past that stated they provided beach chairs, and umbrellas. You arrive and there are none, or there are one maybe two chairs, or they were broken and rusted out. This home had more than enough for our whole family, even the baby! They accomadated us with several containers of hand soap, tons of garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, kleenex, the list goes on and on!! We have never been taken care of so well. This vacation home was recognizably clean and the property owners are gems. Thank you for accomadating us, welcoming our family into your home and allowing us to be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy a beautiful week with our loved ones. Our family was very grateful.

Beautiful!

The view from everywhere was fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet and laid back. You have a great view of the ocean from the pool, which was so enjoyable. You can see the intercostal from front windows/door. There were a lot of places within walking distance, but not overly touristy, which I loved. This condo has EVERYTHING you could need. All the extra beach toys were a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything as well. (Also, the lady who cleans the pool and common areas was so friendly, kind, helpful and really went above and beyond! Please pass that along if you can. She is wonderful!)

My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything was as listed and beautifully maintained. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. My favorite vacation spot

Stay in an amazing condo made our favorite vacation spot that much better! The condo was absolutely beautiful! And the owners provides everything you could possibly need. When an issue popped up, it was super easy to get in contact if needed! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Furniture on the balcony was great. All the furniture inside the condo was comfy! Only complaints I have about it was the elevator which definitely needs updating and the rail on the balcony, which seems like that would be up to the condo as well as the elevator. I would 100% stay here again!!
