***The building is under some repairs from the hurricanes last fall that will continue through the summer (pool bathhouse, garges, landscaping ). Currently only one car per unit can be on the property. I addition to this, Pinellas County will be doing a beach renourishment project and the dates are tentatively set for late August to early October. Dates are subject to change due to weather. ***

And of course, if you prefer to dine out, there is an endless variety of amazing restaurants to choose from nearby. There is a laundry room inside the unit with a washer and dryer, complete with detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board. The SeaGate condos also have a heated pool for you to lay out at, or if you prefer to put your toes in the sand, the beach is right outside your door! The unit also has a beach closet that includes everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach.
BEDROOM SETUP The Master suite has a king size bed and a 32" HDTV with built-in DVD player. It also has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a 32" HDTV with DVD player, It also has an ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a 28" HDTV with built-in DVD player. This bedroom shares a bath with bedroom 2.
**** This unit comes with one reserved parking spot. If additional parking is needed, you can find them in the non-reserved guest parking or you can find additional parking off site (fees may apply). Two cars max.
