The unit features a brand-new kitchen, new bathrooms, and an amazing view! A spectacular and gorgeous kitchen with beautiful counters, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Bahia Vista 8-209 has free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs. This unit can accommodate different family sizes and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite completely renovated bathroom with double vanity. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a desk if you need to work while you are visiting. The guest bedroom has a completely renovated bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 brand-new twin beds (2023). Unit 209 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home. Enjoy every bit of the memories in this unit, waiting for your enjoyment! Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink, or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known for seeing dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters, as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. "Because the owners decided they want the property". I had to scramble to find another property. We love this property and have stayed many times before, with private ownership, and loved the area. That being said, this unit is beautiful, nicely updated, clean- although a vacuum would be a nice addition. They had pretty much everything you would need for a one week stay. Beach supplies like towels, kids toys and umbrellas were included. The unit is large and spacious, it overlooks the pool and bay. However, the pool was not clean, I had to call several times about the cloudiness, along with other guests that complained, the bath house was not clean either. but both were resolved while we were still there. The property management company was very receptive while we were on the property. The property is only a short drive to the beach, less than 5 minutes.
