It comes with access to the Club Bahia amenities! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps four guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The unit has 3 flat-screen TVs with cable, free North American long-distance calling, and free WiFi. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and an office workspace, adding to the home-away-from-home amenities. Sliding glass doors allow access from the living room and master bedroom to the spacious balcony with views of the bay and plenty of seating to sit back, relax, and listen to the palm trees sway in the breeze. You will also enjoy beautiful sunsets, watch dolphins swim, and play in the picturesque sunshine of Florida. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season. \*\*Per association rules \` Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the property. The view from the condo of the PassaGrill channel was spectacular and the service from Sandy Beach Vacation rentals was excellent :friendly, prompt and competent . The balcony over looks water, but not a desirable swimming location due to no beach area or accessible area to get in the water within the property. I did see dolphins, manatees, and sharks in the water from my balcony. Lots of birds and boats can be watched from the balcony. Nice pool and fitness center. Jan 8, 2019 #### Nice Relaxing Stay It has been over 11 years since we last visited Isla Del Sol and we will not wait 10 years to come back again. The island is quiet and relaxing and just what the doctor ordered for recharging our batteries. The condo was clean and comfortable though the appliances were a little old. The fridge compressor spent the entire time making a noise that required sleeping with the bed room doors closed. Overall the experience was wonderfull. ##### Glenn P. The pictures and description don't do justice to this condo, situated right on the bay for beautiful, calming views and a refreshing breeze all day long. The condo is spacious and stocked with everything you could need, from kitchenware to beach essentials, including umbrellas and a chair. The balcony is a fabulous area to enjoy morning coffee and the sun on the water, or an evening with a glass of wine. The grounds of Bahia Vista are gorgeous and well maintained, lush tropical greenery everywhere and a nice pool area. We enjoyed morning walks around the lake, saying hello to the friendly neighbors. Hanging out in the comfy, cozy living room after a day at the beach was relaxing, especially with the breeze blowing in. Above all, this unit is spotless! The level of cleanliness far exceeded my expectations and made us feel instantly at home. The island itself (Isla del Sol) is a mostly residential area with a few restaurants and specialty shops, but you do need to drive a few minutes (via toll road) for a supermarket, drugstore, and other places to eat. It was fabulous having a clean, quiet place to return to after the hectic beach scene. Communications with Sandy Beach were excellent; they responded to any questions quickly and resolved a missing parking pass super fast. Whether you are going to beach (also have to pay to park if you can find a place), store, restaurant, etc. Didn't matter if you went east or west there is a $1 toll (more if you rent car because of administrative fees from agency) if you left the complex. ##### DIANE H. Everything was great the first night beautiful area but then on Monday they started jackhammering on the floor right above us jackhammers hammers noise you could not sleep or rest or even think but when I reported it the lady from the office came over and heard it for herself and called the owner they accommodated us and took care of us. Neighborhood is relaxing, clean quiet and location was convenient to everything. Das Appartement ist nicht das neuste,war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, direkter Blick vom Balkon auf das Wasser, sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung SandyBeachVacation hat über Email wunderbar funktioniert, nach vollständiger Bezahlung kommen alle wichtigen Informationen, die man benötigt. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand 🏖 alles in der Nähe, ca. 10min Fahrzeit in beide Richtungen.
