As we were already familiar with the area, the property's amenities definitely lived up to their billing. Everything radiated sparking cleanliness, charm and attention to detail. We loved the combination of a quiet residential area and proximity to the beach. It definitely was the best spot we have stayed in IRB, a beach town that has become our annual winter happy place. Barbara is a superb host with quick responses and great suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. Everything was perfect and Barbra was great to work with. Area is very charming with good restaurants.
