Thank god I had a big can of lysol wipes. Remotes didn't work properly for TV's. I could go on and on. Only good thing was very close walk to beach and owner was friendly but has no clue about what's going on inside the units. When the said 65 steps to the beach, they weren’t kidding. This place was close to everything, stores, shops, restaurants, Johns Pass, you name it, it was convenient. I used the washer & dryer $1.50 to was, and $1.00 to dry. Our place was very nice for 2 people. Doc was very nice, and responded very fast. The champagne that was left for us was a very nice gesture . Mimosas in the morning! The only thing the place didn’t have was a blender, but I still made the best of it, not a big deal. The lawn chairs were a plus. It was great that you didn’t have to worry about noise above you, because it was basically 1 floor. The beach was awesome, never busy, we would love to thank Doc for a pleasant stay, and we will definitely be back! ( I would love to stay for a month) ##### Patricia S. It is steps from the beach, even though in the shadow of looming condos. We so appreciated the proprietor Doc's willingness to work with us as our somewhat disorganized family kept changing plans. The other guests are clearly people who come back year after year, so the place has a community feel. Doc's eclectic decoration is interesting, unique, and perfectly suited for the place.
