Ceiling light in bedroom not working. Fan stuck on one speed. No screen for slider. Would have been nice to leave door open. No lock on slider when you go to the beach. Too many fancy glasses, tea cups, dessert dishes and no reusable plastic cups for pool. Grill requires gas tank which I was not about to purchase so grill was unusable. A charcoal one would be better. I purchased a cutting board and 9x13 pan to use. Nice appliances. Good pots and pans. More beautiful than its pictures. Can easily walk to the beach. We loved that it was on a private beach. The weather was great during our week. This is our second year in a row staying at Aldea7\. Clean, well-equipped 1 bedroom condo in a great complex. Pool was awesome, as was the beach access. I would highly recommend it to any couples looking for a quiet setting. Still, only a few minutes away from some great restaurants and only a five minute drive to Clearwater Beach. May 16, 2015 #### Very good place to stay This is a beautiful, clean and well equipped home that is in an ideal location – just a few steps down to the beach. The home is very comfortable for a small family. The beach was beautiful and we had no issues at all with crowding and we really enjoyed the privacy. It's great having the shared pool almost right out the back door. There was also a charcoal grill on the patio. Charcoal is provided as well. You definitely need to have a car though, there is nothing close. Management is super responsive and helpful. Any issues were resolved right away. When we have arrived I found that there is no cutting board in a kitchen (probably I just couldn’t find it ). I call the office to inform about that and the next day they provide me with a new cutting board. Also we left some personal things over there and Jackie was very kind to arrange the mail back to our home. Thanks a lot. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and we will definitely look to go back in future years. ##### marina s.
