Early on we had a problem with the air conditioning .... Pete had a repairman on the premises within the day. Martine followed up repeatedly to insure that we were comfortable and even presented us with a bottle of wine and a gift card to Mazzaro's for our "inconvenience". The added bonus is this house is located in a very quiet residential area just a 10 minute drive from downtown St. Petersburg. We took in the museums and several days at local beaches- which were within a 20 minute drive. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen had everything we needed.
