Definitely enough room for more to sleep on the pullout as the living room had plenty of space. Great balcony area and view even though it is from the side. You get to see the bay, ocean and John’s pass with boats going in and out. The kitchen area is wonderful with tons of counter space and room as well. Would love to stay there again.
