We’ve recently added two more captains chairs to the balcony, spectacular viewing up and down the beach sitting above the railings and an in room electronic safe for your peace of mind. No owner reservation or booking fees. The incorrect owner booking fee that shows up on your check out is a Vrbo fee.Unit has new beds, linens, towels, kitchen small wares and more. 4th floor end unit #401 near elevator and emergency stairs. End unit offers better viewing down the beach. Please contact me for less than 7 day stay if booking won't allow. This is a non smoking condo. Fees imposed for breaking this rule. This 1500 sq. ft. condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico! It is a corner unit with beautiful views in all directions. Large, new unobstructed hurricane sliding glass doors cover entire living area wall for spectacular views. A corner unit has additional windows looking up the beach and a more open view on the sides. And there's no echo when talking on balcony. Directly outside your unit are the pristine beaches for your sun bathing, heated pool swimming, and walking pleasure. Or just have your morning beverage viewing the calm waters, and watch the sunsets from the 4th floor balcony, nicely appointed with captains chairs for unobstructed viewing. The master bedroom also has new hurricane sliding glass doors overlooking the beach and water. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a firm and med. firm, and the third has two twin beds, one firm and one med. firm. The kitchen is fully functional, with new and quality for the cook pots, pans, and utensils. I like to cook, so everything you'll need is there. In room cable and password protected high speed wireless wi fi for your use. There are also some games for rainy days, pool toys, a few beach chairs, and fishing poles. Umbrellas and beach cooler are sometimes available. We do not provide beach towels. There may be a few but not guaranteed. The unit has two full bathrooms with tubs and fresh linens upon your arrival. Unit also has new X large Maytag full size washer and dryer. We provide bathroom paper and soaps. Some garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, spices etc. Regular coffee pot and K-cup. Nice big and clean gas grills outside the Tiki hut. Under roof one reserved parking space near elevator. There is the convenience of a trolley that travels between Clear water and St. Pete beach, taxis, and a free ride service. Most local Lyft or Uber cost is $7.00 from my experience. You’re a mile from the famous John's Pass Village with restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin watching trips, a floating casino, art galleries, gift shops and more. Fishing right off the beach is allowed and sometimes more successful than a charter. Fresh seafood market is located at John's Pass. Fresh catch everyday. If you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants as well as bars within walking distance. Two nice bars, restaurants across the street and a fabulous small Italian restaurant across the street in strip mall towards downtown. Bush gardens is a 25 minute drive and Disney and Epcot are 1.5 hours. Average airport trip is less than 30 minutes. You can also find us in face book under "Beachfront Paradise" where we may post more up to date pictures of the area and views. We had an incredible week with family in Madeira Beach. We had 3 kids ages 15, 11 and 7 years old and they had a great time. The condo was even more beautiful and spacious than expected from the photos. The beds were comfortable, each room had more than enough dresser storage and we loved the convenience of having the beach wagon so we didn’t have to bring our own. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t ready yet, though we understand that was out of anyone’s control. At quick glance of the nearby condos that are still undergoing renovations/closed, it was a great reminder of what the beach and owners went through from the hurricane. Feb 9, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Beach Stay Had a great family trip to Madeira Beach and this condo. It was a nice corner unit (4th floor) that has direct access to the beach. Also had a pool (heated when we were there) for us to use when needed. Very easy to get to from the Tampa airport and easy drive to Clearwater and St. Pete’s. Also, right down the road from John’s Pass. Each night - we had great sunset views directly from our balcony. Wonderful get away location, from the cold Midwest, where the weather was warm and area seemed really safe for our family. Would recommend staying here if you want to stay right on the beach. ##### Derek N. Absolutely beautiful condo. 3 bedrooms! Huge balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of comfortable seating. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions :) Everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous decor. Beach chairs, parking for 1 vehicle right by the elevator. New washer & dryer. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you Harry & Tammie, we'll definitely be back! ##### Becky R. Imagine every day waking up to hearing the ocean waves, seeing the sunlight dance on the ocean, seeing dolphins and a variety of birds… all right on your own balcony! That is exactly what we did, drinking coffee in the captain’s chairs while overlooking the beach! Amazing views- nothing beats oceanfront! Great area- many walkable places just steps from the condo and a quick Uber ride to John’s Pass. Spacious for 6 to move around easily and not feel crowded. The ice maker makes about 3 cubes of ice a day. The air is set so you can't get below 73 which is fine during the day but made for some restless nights. The bed was very comfortable though. Great view and well situated. Near several beachy restaurants. This particular unit was ok for a beach unit - its the beach so we don't expect much - but there were a few things to be aware of: -the AC is linked to humidity so you have to keep all the deck doors closed or the AC won't work. Fair enough, but there is a dehumidifier and if you don't dump it the alarm will go off. I temporarily unplugged it when the alarm went off at 4 AM which caused AC to go off which prompted a text from the owner about keeping the doors closed when it was really because I temporariy unplugged the dehumidifier when stumbing around looking for an alarm at 4 AM. -They didn't leave any dishwasher pods or soap, but we were apparantly supposed to do the dishes upon leaving. -the master BR door was held together with tape and misaligned so very loud when opening and closing. ##### Tom C. Sep 5, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### First Vacation in 15 years I had high expectations and hopes taking my 5 children on their first real vacation and my first one in 15 years. This property has an incredible view and charming, colorful beach decor. There was plenty of space to not feel like we were on top of one another and beds for the six of us to sleep comfortably, my littlest shared a bed with me while the others all had their own bed. The beach was fabulous and super clean, as was the pool quite refreshing. This property provides a wagon which you can use to carry down beach supplies which was helpful. But I would recommend they supply beach towels as they are heavy and a lot to pack and maybe a beach umbrella that wasn’t broken. They had a drawer of games, which was nice. The Mad Beach Cafe in walking distance, I highly recommend for breakfast/lunch. Overall this place was a good choice, with some minor hiccups…there was no first aid kit, when my son cut his toe on a shell in the ocean. I had to run to CVS (in walking distance) and get the supplies needed for a badly cut toe. But, overall i would recommend staying here and i would come back again, and possibly rent a car next time as there are few restaurants/things to do for kids within walking distance. If you don’t rent a car, I highly recommend taking the trolley to John’s Pass and anywhere really as an inexpensive way to get around if you don’t want to walk far or rent a car. Overall, the property brought views that pay for the entire experience, glad I found it!!! ##### Leah I.
