The incorrect owner booking fee that shows up on your check out is a Vrbo fee.Unit has new beds, linens, towels, kitchen small wares and more. 4th floor end unit #401 near elevator and emergency stairs. End unit offers better viewing down the beach. Please contact me for less than 7 day stay if booking won't allow. This is a non smoking condo. Fees imposed for breaking this rule. This 1500 sq. ft. condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico! It is a corner unit with beautiful views in all directions. Large, new unobstructed hurricane sliding glass doors cover entire living area wall for spectacular views. A corner unit has additional windows looking up the beach and a more open view on the sides. And there's no echo when talking on balcony. Directly outside your unit are the pristine beaches for your sun bathing, heated pool swimming, and walking pleasure. Or just have your morning beverage viewing the calm waters, and watch the sunsets from the 4th floor balcony, nicely appointed with captains chairs for unobstructed viewing. The master bedroom also has new hurricane sliding glass doors overlooking the beach and water. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a firm and med. firm, and the third has two twin beds, one firm and one med. firm. The kitchen is fully functional, with new and quality for the cook pots, pans, and utensils. I like to cook, so everything you'll need is there. In room cable and password protected high speed wireless wi fi for your use. There are also some games for rainy days, pool toys, a few beach chairs, and fishing poles. Umbrellas and beach cooler are sometimes available. We do not provide beach towels. There may be a few but not guaranteed. The unit has two full bathrooms with tubs and fresh linens upon your arrival. Unit also has new X large Maytag full size washer and dryer. We provide bathroom paper and soaps. Some garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, spices etc. Regular coffee pot and K-cup. Nice big and clean gas grills outside the Tiki hut. Under roof one reserved parking space near elevator. There is the convenience of a trolley that travels between Clear water and St. Pete beach, taxis, and a free ride service. Most local Lyft or Uber cost is $7.00 from my experience. You’re a mile from the famous John's Pass Village with restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin watching trips, a floating casino, art galleries, gift shops and more. Fishing right off the beach is allowed and sometimes more successful than a charter. Fresh seafood market is located at John's Pass. Fresh catch everyday. If you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants as well as bars within walking distance. Two nice bars, restaurants across the street and a fabulous small Italian restaurant across the street in strip mall towards downtown. Bush gardens is a 25 minute drive and Disney and Epcot are 1.5 hours. Average airport trip is less than 30 minutes. You can also find us in face book under "Beachfront Paradise" where we may post more up to date pictures of the area and views. We had 3 kids ages 15, 11 and 7 years old and they had a great time. The condo was even more beautiful and spacious than expected from the photos. The beds were comfortable, each room had more than enough dresser storage and we loved the convenience of having the beach wagon so we didn’t have to bring our own. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t ready yet, though we understand that was out of anyone’s control. At quick glance of the nearby condos that are still undergoing renovations/closed, it was a great reminder of what the beach and owners went through from the hurricane. We also loved having a restaurant across the street and so many close by options. We would definitely book this condo again! ##### Amber M. This property has an incredible view and charming, colorful beach decor. There was plenty of space to not feel like we were on top of one another and beds for the six of us to sleep comfortably, my littlest shared a bed with me while the others all had their own bed. The beach was fabulous and super clean, as was the pool quite refreshing. This property provides a wagon which you can use to carry down beach supplies which was helpful. But I would recommend they supply beach towels as they are heavy and a lot to pack and maybe a beach umbrella that wasn’t broken. They had a drawer of games, which was nice. The Mad Beach Cafe in walking distance, I highly recommend for breakfast/lunch. Overall this place was a good choice, with some minor hiccups…there was no first aid kit, when my son cut his toe on a shell in the ocean. I had to run to CVS (in walking distance) and get the supplies needed for a badly cut toe. But, overall i would recommend staying here and i would come back again, and possibly rent a car next time as there are few restaurants/things to do for kids within walking distance. If you don’t rent a car, I highly recommend taking the trolley to John’s Pass and anywhere really as an inexpensive way to get around if you don’t want to walk far or rent a car. Overall, the property brought views that pay for the entire experience, glad I found it!!! ##### Leah I. The kitchen had enough equipment to cook most meals in. The beds were comfortable. The condo was welcoming and relaxing. The porch area has a perfect sitting place to watch the sunset every night. The addition of available beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool/sand toys was a wonderful extra that most vacation rentals don’t offer.
