Offering two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a open spacious living room and kitchen. Private patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, shared Hot Tub, Grill, also offering Bicycles and Beach Chairs. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb park with tennis, pickle ball, skateboard park, playground, basketball, or enjoy watching a baseball game. We request on-site renter to be a minimum 25 years of age. The house was newly renovated and has upgraded appliances which were great to use. The kids loved having bikes to use around the block and going to the park. It was walking distance to the local cafe, ice cream shop, and surf souvenir shops which the kids loved. Would highly recommend staying at the Beachy Keen Cottage!! Bonus, we got to see some sea turtle nests on Indian Rocks Beach! It is the cutest house and literally the fifth house from the beach. There are a few shops and places to eat within walking distance. Hurricane Eddies which is super close had a great vibe and the appetizers/food was good. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. Paula was very quick to answer all my questions. The only downfall was the people smoking pit behind us and it made the master bathroom smell like pot. Thanks you for sharing your beautiful cottage!!!! ##### Glenda B.
