The owner clearly put a lot of thought into the little details that make guests feel at home, and throughout our stay was very responsive to questions and requests. I went on this trip for work, so I was looking for a place close to where I needed to be, but comfortable and kind of out of the way. This was everything I was looking for! Oct 31, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Love the neighborhood We’ve been to St Petersburg multiple times and chose this property because of its proximity to downtown. It is such a great neighborhood and in walking distance of so much. The property was clean and well equipped. It was street parking only but it usually wasn’t an issue to get a spot close to the house. The house is decorated very well, but lacked comfort in the living room area. Probably not an issue for most people but I was there for two weeks recovering from surgery for part of the time, and a more comfortable couch would’ve been great. Another suggestion I’d have for the property would be a blackout curtain for the bedroom with the deck—it gets very warm when the sun shines in.
