The house was clean nice area and no complaints. However to point out a few things that we did not expect, or should be addressed, wouod be helpful for the next guests. We are not nit picking or complaining, just pointing out some that can be better- no blinds on kitchen window. Anyone can clearly see into the house, especially at dark. Creepy eerie- two remotes, in separate rooms had dead, or missing batteries for tv, and light fan etc- house is advertised as a fun gaming environment, however only two pool sticks were usable, so only 2 of our 6 family members could play at a time. Should be upkept, and have working equipment - bumper pool/ poker table top very loose. Afraid to sit a drink down. Again a little maintenance to the game tables - guest bathroom tub would not drain, or at least takes an hour or so to do such- you get charged hundreds for cleaning, whick is fine, however our coffee pot still had old stagnant water left in it, we found hard pasta noodles with our feet while sitting at dining room table. Which we find the chairs to be very uncomfortable - master bath sink clogged- pool was dirty, leaves, vacuum, cords etcAgain the overall house was nice clean comfy and we enjoyed our stay. ##### bobby r. House was perfect with the pool area for the young adults and the fire pit for the older crew. The house was one of the cleanest and best stocked rentals we have stayed at. The owner communicated with us regaurding damages and power and what have you. The property faired very well during the storm. Only issue was there was debris in the pool from the surrounding trees. But the owner was on top of that had the pool people out the next day. I am very impressed with the property and the owner. Thank you very much for opening your home to our family to celebrate some birthdays. And under the circumstances everything turned out GREAT! ##### Ashlee B. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had a bunch of cooking accessories, and the area was nice. It was not far from downtown Dunedin. The beds were comfy as well. Big kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of seating area with a large dining room table, and a smaller table in the sunroom. We took advantage of the pool table and had some fun.
