This amazing home is located one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of everything you will want to do in Clearwater Beach. The home offers you privacy and flexibility in putting together your own personalized experience at the beach, whether that involves cooking in or dining out, walking or driving. You work hard, so why not have your vacation exactly the way you want it? This condo is perfect for the whole family and is located in North Clearwater Beach where the crowds thin out, but you are still easy walking distance to everything. This recently constructed home is 5 stories. The first floor has a garage, laundry as well as storage for beach toys and bicycles. There is a bedroom located on the rear of the first floor with a private bathroom and small private patio. To go up to the living areas, you can either take the stairs or the private elevator. The entire second floor is the private master suite and master bath. The master also has its own private veranda, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The master bathroom is enormous and features a two-person jacuzzi tub and separate tiled shower with dual shower heads. You will feel completely spoiled in the master suite. The vanity is granite with double bowls and the toilet area is separate and has its own door. The walk in closet is enormous and is where the pack-n-play is stored. The third floor has two bedrooms, another set of laundry machines and a shared jack and jill bathroom with separate vanity. The front bedroom features pyramid bunks as well a twin over full futon bunk set up. This room will sleep up to 6, and is usually used for the kids quarters. The rear bedroom has an additional queen bed with its own private balcony, perfect for a guest couple. There is an additional queen bedroom on the first floor with a private full bath and rear entrance. The fourth floor has the kitchen and living area. You will find two balconies here, one on the gulf side, one on the intracoastal side, allowing for gentle breezes to pass through the home. The sofa is a queen pull-out with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen is comprehensively furnished and features Kitchenaid stainless appliances (new in Sept 2019) as well as granite countertops. We have a coffee maker, a Keurig machine, two blenders, toaster, crock pot, both stainless, and non-stick pots, pans, and kitchen hardware you would expect in any fully-equipped home. The living room has a child gate at the stairs for little ones. We have Starlink internet providing wifi throughout the home for streaming. The living room has an 85" LCD, and there is also a smaller TV on the terrace. The garage is fully equipped with beach chairs, carts, 2 paddle boards and a mountain bike. There are umbrellas, a pavilion and you'll always find some various beach toys. For all of the smaller toys, we have a large beach cart to take this all to the beach and back. We also have a cooler for lunch, drinks or snacks. Beach towels are provided. For families with young children, there is a high chair, toddler booster seat, and pack-n-play. All linens, bath and beach towels are included with your stay, there are no up-charges for these items. We offer coded entry to the unit with a custom code during your dates/times of stay. This means that you can arrive and depart at any time without arranging to meet for your keys. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Exceptions can be arranged if there are no parties departing or arriving on your dates of arrival or departure. If available, there is no charge for early check-in or late departure, however, no guarantee can be made for this until within 3 weeks of your stay. There are 8 units in the building, however, ours is the only unit that features the living area on the 4th floor. That is important for a few reasons. First, the view is far better from the living area than from the other units. Second, you are one floor away from the best feature of the property, the private roof top terrace. Upstairs on the roof, you will find a tremendous entertainment area five stories above it all complete with hot tub, stainless counter height dining area on the gulf side of the home for 4 to enjoy the sunsets, new wicker patio furniture, wet bar with granite counter top, TV and Bluetooth speakers, gas grill and a separate table and dining area for 6\. The terrace is capable of hosting both great parties and quiet evenings enjoying the sunset, or the panoramic views of the Gulf to the Intracoastal. So from an entertainment perspective, the forth and fifth floors become the heartbeat of this home. And of course, with a terrace like this, you will undoubtedly spend most of your time up here, cooking, soaking up the rays, enjoying the hot tub and the view. Again, the rooftop terrace is private to this unit, it is not shared with the neighbors. I take quality seriously. I am in the property management business, however, this is my personal beach home and my goal is to provide you with a home that feels like it is your beach home. The location and views are incredible, we parked and didn't have to drive anywhere. Lots of space for everyone. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The location was truly unbeatable – just a short, easy stroll to the pristine sands of Clearwater Beach.What really set this VRBO apart was its proximity to the pickleball courts across the street. We're avid players, so being able to walk over and enjoy a few games whenever we wanted was a huge bonus! The convenience of being so close to both the beach and the courts made our vacation incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.The townhouse itself was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the living area was comfortable for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and answering any questions we had promptly.Overall, this Clearwater Beach townhouse exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with the added perk of easy access to pickleball. We'll definitely be back! ##### Greg L. The elevator was a godsend since we had lots of groceries going to the 4th floor for our Thanksgiving dinner. Seating was a bit crowded but we’re a close family so it worked. We had a little hiccup upon checking in but George was on top of it and we were very happy with our stay. You can’t beat the views from the rooftop! ##### Peg B. Beach is within minutes of walking distance. The Pier, restaurants and night entertainment is near by but not too close for those who don't appreciate noise. The local pool is 1 block down for the kiddos, which is also great for the adults who don't want to do the beach. George is very helpful and always responds quickly. We visit this beautiful home annually and will continue for years to come. ##### Tammy A. The rooftop area was amazing and great for a chill night with my girls. The kitchen renovation looks great. Host was very accommodating with our early arrival snd made sure we were able to check in early and drop our bags before hitting the beach. The cart was a huge help taking the cooler and our bags to the beach! Property was very clean upon arrival. A few frustrations but definitely not deal breakers. There were not enough beach towels for our group and the beach chairs are in need of replacement. We ended up having to rent chairs from Palm Pavillon. There also were not enough bath towels provided for a group of 11 women. The futon bed under the bunk was sinking on one end and not very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property/host and would happily stay here again! The location could not have been better!! ##### Alycia B. It included everything we could want including a cooler and wagon for the short walk to the beach. The rooftop deck was great for enjoying the sunset and the hot tub was a nice touch. The views from the top floor are absolutely stunning. The beds are all comfortable and the house was clean and well kept. The air on and lift are an added bonus.
