Living room was spacious but couches could use new cushions. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the unit so privacy was very good. Mattresses were not very comfortable. As with any place that's been well lived-in and well-loved it has some quirks, but overall was a great stay, and the view is nothing short of amazing. Of note: the dishwasher is very old and doesn't clean anything well. We rent places with a full kitchen because we love to cook when we are on vacation and spent a big chunk of time doing dishes while we were there. Even washed some pans that had been put back in the cupboard with a lot of dried food on them b/c we couldn't use them until we washed them. But, if you eat out a lot it won't bother you at all.
