This Clearwater house has all new stainless kitchen appliances, new paint throughout, new ceiling fans, updated bathroom, etc. The open living room connects to the open kitchen and adjoining dining area. Enclosed outdoor patio with a separate laundry room - washer and dryer included! The oversized back yard is fenced in and has the in-ground pool - great for entertaining or just relaxing. Central AC and heat, plus all new ceiling fans in the house. Pool care is included in the rent! $2495 first month rent and $2495 security deposit due at lease signing. We reserve the right to also require a last month rent. Application fee is $60 per person. This is a no smoking and no vaporizing property, and we mean it.
