Welcome home to the Village of Paradise Island, a luxury townhome community a mile from the pristine beaches of Treasure Island. This 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath FURNISHED coastal home comes complete with a oversized 2-car garage and a full 2025 sq.ft of living space. The ground level features a new washer and dryer, ample storage and commercial grade rubber flooring perfect for vehicles, golf cart or a home gym. Adjacent to the garage is a finished bonus room with full bathroom and outdoor patio area perfect for grilling and entertaining. The bonus space has epoxy flooring, its own multi AC unit and large closet making it ideal for in-law suite, game room or home office. The second floor main living area is bathed in natural light, showcasing an open floor plan with crown molding, waterproof vinyl flooring and a beautiful stone wall fireplace. Here you'll find the half bathroom, dining area and balcony views. The eat-in kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, under-counter LED lighting, stylish backsplash, a separate beverage fridge, walk-in pantry, and abundant storage.
