According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. Enjoy the views of the Intracoastal from this unit's back balcony and views of the water park from the front balcony. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! This 5th floor 2/2 condo and has been totally renovated and located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park". A fully stocked kitchen and stackable washer/dryer are provided. Unit 5520 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes and one parking pass. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full-size stackable washer and dryer, 2 private balconies (overlooking the waterpark and another overlooking the intracoastal) and 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 4416 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave! We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. Come and enjoy your stay! You will have access to the water park (4 daily passes come with every reservation). I am available by phone or messaging. The Water Park on premises. Your car, uber or there is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee. Thermostats: You can adjust the temperature on each one but they all need to all be on heat or cool to work. You need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wristband to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount. The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes. Parking: One spot comes with every reservation in the garage, along the side street or yellow lined area of the parking lot across from the gift shop. If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee. Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay. IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th. The condo was very clean and well kept. Plenty of board games and beach toys to keep everyone entertained. Enjoyed the two separate balconies. Sipped coffee each morning watching the dolphins. My boys ended up fishing on the docks which they loved; bonus was that we could easily see them from our balcony. Food/drinks for sale down at the water park we're fairly priced. Two bed/two bath unit had recent updates with nice decor and appliances. Good communication from management company. We did not get to use the waterpark this trip, but would definitely come back. We will definitely look into booking it again next year. Loved having the 2 balconies - ensured we could sit in sun or shade at any time of day. The water park was lots of fun and our unit came with 4 daily passes for the length of our stay. Close walk to the gulf and a cupboard full of of beach equipment. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and plenty of start up items. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Great plot within the complex with views over both the pool as well as the harbour. Great selection of beach equipment to take which helped a lot. Pool complex was a favourite with the kids. Some crumbs on the floor when we arrived but otherwise flawless and beautiful. A few things inside didn’t work but the agents taking care of it responded almost instantly and fixed those ASAP (minor issues that could happen anywhere).
