According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. Sleeps up to eight people. What an incredible vacation rental for you and your family! Welcome! This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 5th floor unit has wonderful views of the Intracoastal Waterway, both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Unit 5513 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This 'newer' unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, and a Smart TV. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath, and a TV. Free parking (one car) in parking garage, and free internet WI-FI access is included. Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located right down the hall from this unit for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and its lazy river is great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Excellent location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. The only reason for the loss of one star is the property management company, right from the beginning we had difficulty with communication with them. Poor communication from the time of booking, until about 30 minutes before pick up. Overall wish this property was managed by someone else, it was a reason I almost did not book this property. Location was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants, shopping and splash resort. Unit is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and sand toys. One minor complaint is the cleaniness. We had never stayed in Indian Rocks Beach but really liked how it wasn’t as crowded as Clearwater where we are used to staying. The water park was fun and you can go to the beach right across the street. There’s also a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as a bar by the water park.
