Indian Shore. Welcome to our newly remodeled SEAGRAPE OCEAN FRONT estate which offers 2 separate beach houses for larger family gatherings. This historic estate is located in the quaint and quiet town of Indian Shores. It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! This estate has almost 70 feet of direct beach front which is a RARE find in this area. The direct views of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico are amazing while you enjoy it from your covered deck, gazebo, heated pool or wall to wall windows in the 19808 living room and reading area!! Both of the private beach homes are an open ranch design floor plan with only 1 step to get into each property. The Maximum occupancy is 12 guests of any age. At time of booking, you will need to provide names and ages of all guests. We do not allow for exceptions to our maximum guest count. We only allow registered guests on the property. This property can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 cars. Seagrape 19808 gulf blvd..... is a direct oceanfront beach home offering 3 bedrooms plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 1/2 baths, living room/reading area, kitchen, laundry area and a heated pool (winter months only). Sleeping accommodations: a Master king size bed, another king size guest bedroom bed and 2 full beds. The Master bedroom enjoys a panaramic view of the ocean. Bathrooms - The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower/bench, large vanity and walk in closest. The guest bathroom offers a standing shower. There is a private half bath within the guest bedroom. Seagrape 19806 Gulf blvd ....is a beachfront home offering 3 bedrooms plus queen size sleeper sofa, 2 baths, living room/reading area, kitchen, and a laundry area. It is directly behind 19808 gulf blvd so guests can easily walk between both properties. Sleeping accommodations: a Master king size bed, queen size bed and twin bunk beds (ideal for younger children under 10 years old --kids under 5 ft for top bunk). There are 2 fully remodeled bathrooms - the master and guest bathroom. The master bath offers a spacious walk-in shower and large vanity. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower. We offer linens, hair dryer, beach towels and travel size soaps/shampoo for our guests to enjoy! Both homes have newly remodeled spacious kitchen offering all the modern amenities. We provide 8 beach chairs and 2 BBQ outdoor grills with utensils. You can also easily walk to walk to some fantastic restaurants. The pool is heated from December 1 through March 1 at 85 degrees. The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are a short drive away. You can fly into the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport as well, it often offers discounted flights from smaller airlines. The Orlando International Airport, Disney area parks, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are all a 90 minute drive. Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a 20 minute drive from the house. There is a guest binder in each beach house with lots of activities for all members of the family to enjoy. The house had everything we needed—especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the essentials. The location couldn’t be better—literally just a few steps from the pool to the sand! There were plenty of beach chairs (10), so we could easily bring them down to the water each day.The area was great too, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance, and it was only about a 40 Uber ride from the Tampa airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, laugh, and celebrate together. The pool and covered lanai were a plus! We appreciated the provided beach chairs and pool/beach toys as well. We scheduled family photo shoot with a local photographer and she came to us. As an FYI, If you intend to prepare some of your meals while there, please note the kitchen is fully equipped with the tools and pots and pans etc. however, the ONLY thing in the cupboard is salt and pepper and coffee filters. We left some kurig pods behind, but maybe they just get picked up by maids. Plenty of room for all 12- age range 2 yrs- 75 yrs, beautifully remodeled, easy check in, spectacular pool, plus it was steps from the beach. Quick response from manager (Liz) if we needed anything or had any issues. They let us check in a little earlier too. So many places charge extra for that. Great location, could walk to Lulu's Ice Cream, we picked up carryout from DJ's Clam Shack. They have the BEST lobster rolls, Caddy's was a good spot for large groups, and some went to Mahuffer's a dive bar experience no one should miss is just a short drive or trolley ride away. So convenient for young and old. Homes fully equipped and lovely outdoor amenities. Check in was perfect and there were chairs for the beach and toys for the pool. Beach towels were a plus. Everything one could want. In the main house the back two bedrooms are connected. This may be a downside for couples but it was great for our family. Parents in one room and kids in the other. We travel A LOT and never have issues or complaints. The house is fine. Lipstick remodel- lots of small issues, which is fine - it's a rental - but the peeling flooring that many of us stubbed toes on was a bit obnoxious. The kitchen wasn't as ideally stocked for a week's worth of cooking. Overall found the property manager to be overbearing and provided an incredible amount of rules post-booking. Our group consisted of 60- something grandparents, two adult children, spouses and four kids, ages 1,2, 7 and 10\. This was an ideal set up for all. It was great being able to go to and from the beach quickly and easily throughout the day and evening. We could leave our chairs and tent there all day. In June, the beach was well populated , but plenty of space for all.The sunsets were beautiful. The pool was refreshing, the umbrella an added bonus. There was a nice separation of the sleeping spaces in the two houses, good for family down time. I’ve been doing this for years and once we find a place that’s perfect for our family I always try to keep renting it for years. This is definitely the place. The 2 houses were perfect for us.
