This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. The location was superb. All you could ask for right across the street at John’s Pass dining and shopping. The pool side was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and covered tables and grills . The beach was just steps away from the pool with chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was this wonderful Fruit Boat that floated right up to the beach to get fruity drinks (pineapple, watermelon or coconut) I will for sure recommend to all friends and will be staying again in the future. As you can tell by the photos, the unit isn’t directly facing the beach but the patio has a great view from the side. Beautiful, warm pool on the backside of the condo that sat right on the beach. The condo was a bit dated but was priced accordingly. Could have used a couple more bath towels and dish towels but we just bought our own. The host was great. Right on the beach with access to the heated pool. (Which was a nice addition since it was so cold during our stay!). Beautiful views of the sunset and lots of opportunities to collect shells. The floors were a little dirty so I would suggest wearing house slippers. Everything else was very clean. The beds were super comfortable! Lots of beach toys,chairs and umbrellas available to use. Beach towels are not provided, so be sure to pack some! Would definitely sfay here again! ##### Tammy L.
