Antoni is friendly and the place is a piece of old Florida - clean, covenient, and cold (great AC). There were beach chairs and towels for us to use and the shared outdoor patio had plenty of places to sit in the sun or in the shade. We were 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main street full of restaurants. We walked almost everywhere we went; however, it was nice to be just on the north side of all the tourists. The room was perfect with a large comfy bed, and a small kitchen perfect for making breakfast and lunch. It was less a three minute walk out our door to have toes in the sand, and any bar or restaurant you could want was a short walk away. The host was very helpful! The property is conveniently located and we were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The room was exactly as advertised with a comfortable bed and included a kitchenette. I managed to some how screw up the dates and we arrived a day early. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The property is not a large hotel but luckily they were able to get us in a day early. After our initial snafu the rest of our stay went seamlessly. After reading some of the reviews we were not sure how our experience was going to be. We were pleasantly surprised. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach and when we were sick of the sand the pool was clean and refreshing. Within walking distance of the action as well. The clarify a few things, I assume we had an ice maker in our room however it's a large ice maker by the pool. There was no need for us to buy ice! It also said it came with a hairdryer and we did not have one in our room. My husband asked the cleaning crew and they gave one to us to use! The only recommendation we have is to add more hooks to allow for towels and bathing suits to dry! We will stay here again. ##### K H. Room was not cleaned to our standards no top sheet on bed appears to be black mold in 1 window sill room door doesn't seal so people outside smoking odors come into room as well as noise really its just a coat of paint on an old room. ##### Daniel R.
