Guests will have exclusive access to this apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Enjoy easy access to the reserved parking for one vehicle. Shared amenities include the balcony walkway, beach supplies room, and gas grills, along with access to all common areas.

The Neighborhood:
Discover Indian Rocks Beach! Your welcome guide highlights key property info and local favorites. This charming community is centrally located between Clearwater & St. Pete. Enjoy walking to dining and shopping north on Gulf Boulevard, including Villa Gallace, Crabby Bills Seafood, and souvenir shops. A short drive south leads to the acclaimed Salt Rock Grill. John's Pass is just 6 miles south. Explore dining options along Gulf Blvd, with St. Pete Beach (20 min) and Clearwater Beach (20 min) easily accessible. Within 30 minutes, visit the Clearwater Aquarium, the Dali Museum, and Tropicana Field. Tampa is a 35-45 minute drive with attractions such as Ybor City, the CruisePort, and Busch Gardens. Orlando and Disney World are only an hour away. Please note: Ground floor renovations related to the 2024 hurricanes may cause some daytime noise. This will be kept to a minimum.

Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock Uber availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Care to get out and really explore? Tampa, Orlando, and many points beyond are very popular day trips away.

Please note that promotions are subject to blackout periods and are not valid during holiday or special event weeks. On the Rocks #12 is a non-smoking property; a $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is located on the southeast corner of the complex, near the street. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to book, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
