Made reservations for 3, so expected towels and bedding for all when we arrived after 10p! But that wasn’t the situation, so we had to message several times and have them delivered. The large burner on the stove was destroyed, which we reported immediately. They brought us a hot plate sometime the next day and the large burner on it didn’t work either! There was a coffee pot, but no coffee cups and an oven, but no ovenware. Things you would assume when there is a kitchen with dishes. The bedroom has a hole in the wall for the air from the living/kitchen area, so whoever sleeps on the couch freezes and those in the bedroom sweat! Won’t even start on the bathroom! We were given an assigned parking spot only to come back and find someone in it. When I sent a message. The response I got was you can park in any of the spots. We sat and waited 20 minutes to find this out. We didn’t want to just park and risk getting towed. We noticed yesterday that the numbers were being painted over. Each of the messages noted that if they didn’t receive 5 stars that was a failure! The failure is that I paid way too much for 5 sleeps and I feel that was the failure! This property is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Antoni is a great host. Clean, close to the beach, walkable dining. The only thing below par was the water temp in the shower.
