Quiet, centrally located and plenty of privacy for people in our group because of house layout. Would stay again. Few small issues - down feathers in beds -two people were allergic and were sick because of it. No extra blankets, used beach towels as extra blankets or to lay on couch when cold. Hot tub had dirt on bottom, water was clear but we didn't use it because we weren't sure when it had been cleaned last. I can not say enough about this property and the owners! The area around the house is nice and very convenient to either beach side of downtown side of St Pete. It was also just a 5 min drive to a nearby Publix which was also very convenient for us. The whole house is very clean and super cutely decorated. All of the appliances and kitchen accessories are new and readily available. Everything we needed was right there! We loved the big comfy family room and massive dining area where our family could hang out all together. The back yard is nicely landscaped and fenced in so we could let the out dogs run around and play. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to respond to our few questions.
