Aus meiner Sicht wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, dies im Vorwege zu erfahren, da wir die Ferienwohnung ja für vier Personen gebucht hatten. Der Weiteren war ein Mader unter dem Dach. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und man konnte sich auf alles verlassen. Die Lage ist schön, die Nähe zur Hauptstraße hat uns nicht gestört. Man ist schnell im Ort und bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die ganze Anlage wirkte gepflegt. Der Garten ist auch schön. Etwas Kritik haben wir schon: Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr hellhörig und wir konnten abends teils jeden Satz unserer Nachbarn mithören. Da wir nebenan wilde Kleinkinder hatten, hatte unser Baby leider nur selten ungestörten Schlaf. Die Möbel im Küchen-/Wohnbereich sind nicht ganz optimal für die Größe der Wohnung, wir sind oft irgendwo angestoßen. Die Couch müffelte etwas und wirkte schon recht abgewohnt. Decke und Kissen darauf waren fleckig und luden nicht wirklich zur Benutzung ein. Im Großen und Ganzen war es sauber, aber wenn man etwas genauer hingesehen hat, waren unter dem Couchtisch zum Beispiel noch Krümel und in einigen Ecken wurde schon länger nicht drüber gewischt. Oct 30, 2017 #### Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage Das Ferienhaus Achter-de-Düren liegt in einer ruhigen Wohn-/Ferienhaussiedlung. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Küche ist gut sortiert. Über einen Waldweg kann man in ca. 20 Minuten in den Staddteil Bad gelangen, bei schlechtem Wetter (oder viel Handgepäck) empfiehlt sich jedoch das Auto (wobei es in SPO schwierig ist, günstige Parkplätze zu finden). Die Gastgeber wohnen nicht selbst im Haus, weshalb die Schlüsselübergabe über einen Schlüsselsafe in der "Laundry" erfolgt. Die Technik (CODE am Türschloss) sollte man zum ersten Mal nicht im Dunkeln vornehmen. (ggf. Nachbarn / andere Gäste des Hauses fragen). ##### Ralf E. Toll ist die Schüsselaufbewahrung, wenn man mal später anreisen muss so ist man nicht auf jemanden angewiesen. Nach Bad oder Dorf kommt man problemlos zu Fuß, ein Fahrrad ist in SPO ansonsten generell zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, zumal sie nicht zur Straße liegt. Nov 3, 2016 #### Schöne, ruhige und saubere Wohnung, Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, trotz der anliegenden Landstrasse. Die Wohnung ist Richtung Strand ausgelegt. Den Strand kann man natürlich nicht sehen. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die getrennten Betten sind bequem und sauber. Das die Wohnung schräge Wände hat, geht aus der Beschreibung hervor. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und ist daher auch OK, wer Kochen will, sollte vorbereitet sein und Gewürze etc. eventuell mitbringen. Der Fahrradraum ist vollkommen ausreichend. Eine zentrale Lage sehen wir nicht, Fahrräder oder PKW sind zum Erreichen von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten anzuraten. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten per Fussweg. Nervend waren die elektronischen Schlösser an der Eingangstür: dachten wir anfänglich noch wir wären technisch vollständig unterbelichtet und nicht in der Lage einen elektronischen Türöffner zu bedienen, nachdem wir aber 2 weiteren neuen Mietern den Umgang mit dem Türöffner erklären mussten, waren wir beruhigt. Die freundliche Telefonstimme half aber immer weiter. Nachdem wir jetzt wissen, wie das Schloss geht empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter. ##### Barbara v. Aug 9, 2016 #### Wunderbare Lage und schöne Wohnung Die Lage des Hauses ist zum Erreichen des Zentrums mit Fahrräder sehr gut gelegen. Zudem sind die Wohnungen sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erfolgreichen Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermietung war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Auf Anfragen wurde rasch und kompetent reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles wie abgemacht vorbereitet. Auch die Gästekarten lagen bereit beim Eingang. ##### Michael M.
