Just returned from a 4 day weekend at Hotel Zamora and this property met our expectations on every level. Beautiful decor and very trendy boutique style hotel located right across the st from the great St. Pete Beaches. The 4 lane road to cross to get to beach was very easy, making this location even better. The rooms are gorgeous, beds/pillows very comfy and the staff is very service oriented. The rooftop bar is a great place to have drinks and watch sunset or for a late night cocktail. The hotel restaurant Castille has delicious food and a nice ambiance. Overall a great stay and will be back next time in St Pete Beach!
Stayed there with my 7 year-old son for 2 nights. Nice location right on the beach. Very courteous and attentive staff. We stayed in a 2-bed luxury room. There is a kids club with child activities throughout the day and a 4-hour session free for your child each day during your stay (can't comment on the 4-hour thing since I did not actually keep him there, but the activities were nice). The pool is very clean and well maintained with 2 separate pools, 1 only being about 4 1/2 feet deep which is ideal for children. Only complaints: the room was smaller than I expected for the price, there was a lack of available seating at the pool at times and I was unable to find a seat on Saturday even after enlisting an attendant to help me watch (there was a wedding occurring later which meant a section was closed so not sure if this is rare or happens every time there is an event), and the exercise room has very nice equipment but should be bigger as you had to wait to use machines all of the machines are free weights. I cannot speak to the other restaurants, but the breakfast buffet at the Sea Porch was very nice and has a great variety and was reasonably priced at around $25 to include even basic drinks if I remember correctly.
This hotel is rather small and inexpensive but nice, clean and on the beautiful beach. Everything is in a walking distance
including restaurants, big grocery store, bus stops and so on. It is very convenient. My wife and me had a good 7 days there in October.
This was our first visit to this area and I wasn't sure which hotel to pick. Beachcomber was such a nice place right on the beach with great staff from the moment you walk in. Very friendly and helpful every time! Live music every day (no cover charges) which was amazing! Warm, clean pools and a good night life without leaving the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Good for couples, families with young children and seniors. Pleasant and will return again!
St. Pete Beach stands out as a pioneering resort town on Florida's Gulf coast. Situated on the southwest corner of the Pinellas peninsula, St. Pete Beach is 10 miles from downtown St. Petersburg. Charming small shops and restaurants can be found along Corey Avenue's historic shopping district, and just south are many of the area's large, mid-century resorts that offer unique retro accommodations.
