Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of St. Paul’s Bay, a vibrant destination known for its lively atmosphere and stunning sea views.  
  
Designed with your comfort in mind, the apartment features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and private balconies perfect for relaxing.  
  
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and laundry facilities, all available to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible.  
  
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.  
  
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.  
  
Living Room | The living room is bright and airy, featuring a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest. It includes a smart TV connected to the internet for your entertainment.  
  
Linens and towels will be provided if there is an extra guest.  
  
Private Balconies | You can enjoy the use of the front and back balcony, ideal for relaxing at any time and its also a perfect spot to take in the beautiful surroundings of St Pauls!

You'll also find a back balcony which is accessible from one of the bedrooms.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.  
  
If you decide to rent a car, kindly note that free parking is available around the area but you might have to park a bit far off the apartment as during the weekend and summer days, the area might get busier.

1\. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.  
  
2\. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.  
  
3\. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.  
  
4\. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.  
  
5\. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.  
  
6\. What is included in the apartment.  
  
\- Shower gel  
\- Plate liquid soap  
\- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)  
\- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.

7\. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. 9\. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
