Just steps away from one of the most beautiful locations on the island! Our home has everything you need for your short and long stays; including a spacious living area with sofa bed for extra guests to use, a fully equipped kitchen & two private balconies for that extra space of relaxation. High-Speed wifi & AC with adjustable temperature is included throughout the whole stay. Are you ready to experience the beauty of St\`Pauls? All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| The tastefully decorated living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the plush sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows. The living area also includes a sofa-bed which can accommodate 2 more guests , making sure that all linens and towels will be provided accordingly. The outdoor area offers a serene escape, enjoy the use of the private balconies. One of them offers beautiful views of st Pauls while the other balcony is connected with one of the bedrooms. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Perfect and equipped for long and short stays. Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, all of which with a double bed . For over an above 6 guests, we can arrange 2 extra people by setting up the sofa-bed. Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms, one featuring a bathtub while the other with a shower. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night\`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minuteas walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba. Very important notes before booking: 1\. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4\. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5\. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7\. What is included in the apartment?
